Vision & Substance At ACCollective Studios LLC, we believe that work done for the glory of God must be of substance. Our services in the Recording Arts, Research, and Creative Consultation are governed by the principle of High-Integrity Stewardship.

• Service Commitment: We commit to the "Golden Standard" in every project. Because our work involves deep creative and intellectual labor, all consulting fees and project deposits are non-refundable.

• Substance vs. Vapor: We distinguish between the Substance of completed work and the Vapor (that which is without weight or consistency) of eleventh-hour cancellations. Projects cancelled without a 72-hour notice are subject to full forfeiture of the deposit to honor the time and preparation invested.

II. Return & Exchange Policy

Physical Goods & Creative Assets We want every client to receive a product that resonates with excellence.

• 30-Day Stewardship Window: For physical merchandise, we offer a 30-day return or exchange period. To maintain the integrity of our inventory, items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

• Original Works & Digital Media: To protect the unique "Substance" of our creative output, all Digital Downloads, Master Recordings, and Custom Commissions are considered Final Sale.

• Damaged Shipments: If a physical product arrives in a state that does not reflect our standard of excellence, please contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence. We will act swiftly to restore the integrity of your order.

• Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, ensuring that our resources remain dedicated to our primary mission and grassroots ministry support.

Stewardship of Information Your privacy is not a "vapor" to us; it is a matter of profound respect and legal integrity.

• Data Collection: We collect only the essential information (Name, Email, Billing Address) required to facilitate our professional relationship and fulfill your orders.
